Our return policy is simple: we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our dental supplies and equipment, so we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the product within 7 days of the purchase.

In the event you need to return an item, contact us at support@BriteSources.com for a return authorization number. All returned items must be unopened and in original packing to receive credit. Certain items such as large drop-shipped items, heavy items, special or custom orders will carry restocking fee on return. If special conditions apply to the return of an item, you will be informed when return authorization number is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return of any item if shipped 7 days after receiving return authorization number

NON-DEFECTIVE, USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. If there is an item you have purchased that you do not like for any reason, you may return any unused portion for refund within the parameters of the our return policy


  • Brite Sources USA (BRITE) offers a 60 day guarantee on all instruments. If you purchase an instrument that does not meet your expectations or has a manufacturer defect, return it to BRITE with the purchase invoice and we will exchange it or give you a full refund, at our discretion. Products must be returned with the invoice within 60 days of the date listed on the invoice for exchange or refund.
  • BRITE also provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, providing limitations listed below are not present. After 60 days from the date of the invoice, BRITE will, at its discretion, assess instruments with which you have an issue, and determine whether to replace the instrument based on that assessment. An invoice must be returned with the instruments in order for BRITE to evaluate instruments for replacement.
