The concave tips create oseteotomy and lift sinus floor simultaneously. The Sinus Osteotome is inserted into the osteotomy and gently tapped apically to separate and lift the cortical bone at the sinus floor. The diameter of working end is 4.2 mm. The depths are marked at 8-10-12-14-16 mm.
