Water Lift Sinus Membrane Lifting System

SANTA SYSTEM is a sinus membrane lifting system. It is very effective and safe to use. The system delivers steady and reliable results in every application. It can be applied on any bone tissue, and at any incline and at any depth. The core of the system is A.I.drill, and it is designed such that it stops by itself when the drill touches the membrane of the upper jaw.

This is a special order item. Delivery is approx 3-4 weeks from order date.

The components of the system include:

1. A.I. Drill

This is the Artificial Intelligent (A.I.) Drill for making hold from the mouth to the upper jaw. It punches the upper jaw 0.35mm when it touches it and performs pushing action for 0.5mm without any further hole punching.

2. Marking Drill

Marking drill widens the marking area which is done by Lancet or round drill. This is the is very important step, keep the following in your mind. 1) Cortical bone should be removed, otherwise AI drill is hindered in its working. 2) The depth of the bone to the periosteum must be 2-3mm for the best drilling.

3. Aqua Injector

It generates strong water pressure which can lift the periosteum on the upper jaw. It can be used up to 8(eight) clicks. Normal disposable syringes are used. Using the volume dispensed,  the operator can calculate the lifted volume of the membrane. This allows them to determine the volume of the bone powder needed. If the operator wants to know the lifted height of the membrane, check that through the standard x-ray using the contrast media. For the safe lifting, we recommend 10sec/click for injection speed.

4. Y-Connector

It is used to lift periosteum with the 2(two) aqualifter at once.

5. Aqualift

During the lifting of upper jaw, Aqualift delivers the liquid from the aquainjector to the periosteum. The size of the end of this is the same as the cental drill, it can be put by hand. After putting, using the mallet, this aqualitfor should be put to the point as drilling with A.I.Drill. This step makes the sealed structure on the periosteum. Even though the central hole is blocked by bone chip, thanks to the liquid from the other side’s holes, you can expect the lifting by the water pressure. Aqualift prevents to leakage the pressure from the inner periosteum.

6. Aqua Lift Placer

It is designed to keep the silicone tube on the Aqua Lifter.

7. Depth Gauge
It is used to check whether AI drill stops properly on the periosteum. The graduation means not the normal length, but the relative measurement for all drills. As you can see in these pictures, the absolute length between first graduation of AI drill and Spread drill is different, but they should be used up to the same graduation for the functional use of the respective drills. If you need to know the absolute length, use the graduation of AI drill as much as possible.

8. Expand Drill
This is for Wide implants. The diameter is 3mm, it is used for the wider hole. Drill with AI drill, then drill with 2.2mm spread drill, then widen the hole with the 3.8mm, 4.3mm drill. No cutting surface on the end of the drill, only on the side, just drill until the drill can get inside. After then, widen with the spread drill (3.0mm, 3.5mm).

9. Spread Drill

It widens the 1.5mmm hole which AI Drill made, it has various types. The end of spread drill is designed 0.8mm smaller than final drill, due to this, the drill can not move forward anymore. But, drilling in D4 Bone should be done very careful. The shape of the end of this drill is made round, in case this end part touch the periosteum, therefore there is no wound on the periosteum. The blade of the side is designed to rotate the opposite direction of the handpiece. After filling bone powder, more than 95% of the bone powder could be pushed up to the periosteum with this drill . Using the three(3) blades, the bone powder can be dispersed effectively, also the lifing can be safe and equal.

10. Lateral A.I Drill, Burin Drill and Lateral Aqualift
