COLLEGE STUDENTS

If you're a student currently attending Dental educational program, you can buy most products at a special academic discounts!

Any ONE of the following proof of enrollment is needed.

• Currently dated student ID
• Registration Receipt for this semester or A Letter of Enrollment on School letterhead

TEACHERS, FACULTY & STAFF

If you're currently employed at dental educational school, then you can buy most products at special academic discounts! You can purchase for use in school or to complete work at home. If your school is purchasing for classroom, lab or administrative use, go to the Schools page of our website.

You must send in ONE of the forms below, dated for the current semester.

• Email a link to your School Faculty web page
• Send a copy or picture of your Faculty ID
• Letter of Employment on School letterhead

SCHOOLS, DISTRICS, DIOCESE, COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES

 If you're a School, district, diocese, college or university, you can buy most products at special Academic discounts! We offer Volume Purchase Discounts on many products for Schools.

What must I send in for academic eligibility?

Your Purchase Order:

A Purchase Order (Net 30) is your proof of academic eligibility. Please be sure to include your order number and Tax Exempt ID number on every purchase order.

For Personal Credit Card or Checks:

When paying for a purchase with a personal credit card or check, you must send a signed Let
